"All I ever want to be is what You made me"

There have been moments when I could not face
Goliath on my own
And how could I forget we marched
Around our share of Jericho's?

But I will not be setting out
A fleece for you tonight
Just wanna know that everything will be alright

Oh great God be small enough to hear me now

~ Nichole Nordeman

Father, that I might be like an olive tree, thriving in Your house. I will always trust in Your unfailing love.

Psalm 52:8

I call.
You answer.
And you came to my rescue
And I want to be where You are.

In my life be lifted high
In my world be lifted high
In my love be lifted high

Psalm 91

1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High
will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 This I declare about the Lord:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;
he is my God, and I trust him.
3 For he will rescue you from every trap
and protect you from deadly disease.
4 He will cover you with his feathers.
He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

14 The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me.
I will protect those who trust in my name.
15 When they call on me, I will answer;
I will be with them in trouble.
I will rescue and honor them.
16 I will reward them with a long life
and give them my salvation.”
Psalm 27:4
The one thing I ask of the Lord—
the thing I seek most—
is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
delighting in the Lord’s perfections
and meditating in his Temple.
